Data deletion

You can delete the personal data Address Lens holds about you at any time.

How to request deletion

Email addresslens@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you signed in with Facebook

To also stop any future data sharing, remove Address Lens from Facebook: open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove Address Lens. Send the deletion email above to remove the data we already hold.

What gets deleted

Your account profile, the comparable searches and properties you have saved, the reports you have generated (including their stored snapshots and any share links), and your sign-in sessions. We may retain limited billing records where we are legally required to, for example for tax. See our Privacy Policy for details of what we store.
