Address Lens provides property dossiers, comparable searches and reports for England & Wales addresses. However you got here — a question, a problem with a report, billing, or anything else — this page is the way to reach us.
One inbox for everything: support, billing and refunds, questions about your data, press, and feedback. We aim to reply within two working days. Data-rights requests are answered within the timescales described in our Privacy Policy — normally within one month.
Before you email
- Common questions about coverage, data sources and how reports are produced are answered in the FAQ and the guide.
- To close your account or request deletion of your data, see data deletion — signed-in users can do this directly from their account page.
- For billing questions, include the email address on your Address Lens account so we can find the purchase.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email us and we will put it right where we can — our Terms of Service describe your rights, including refunds where appropriate. If your complaint is about how we handle personal data and you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
